Roanoke Reserve is located in the Roanoke Township of historic Warren County, NC off of SR 903 / Ebony Rd in the northwest quadrant of Lake Gaston -- about 1 mile west of Eaton's Ferry bridge near buoy marker #10. Post office address is Littleton, NC 27850. Due to the size and unique character of each lot, Roanoke Reserve properties are best experienced by a personalized guided tour by Seller or other Certified Roanoke Reserve Property Specialist (scroll down to see list). Except for RR#5, access to each property is limited to golf cart or walking tours.

Seller Meeting.
Seller will be happy to meet with the prospective Buyer or Buyer Agent as often as needed at the office of the Buyer Agent or other mutually acceptable location and would welcome that opportunity as early as possible in the evaluation process.

Accessibility to the properties is limited to golf cart and walking tours -- with the exception of RR#5. It is best to contact Roanoke Reserve or your Agent of choice to arrange a private showing. If you need overnight accommodations or other special arrangements to visit the property, we will be happy to assist you with those details as well.

Development Documents.
Recorded plat, covenants (book 883, page 1), architectural and environmental guidelines, road maintenance (book 858, page 613), and easement agreements are available online and upon request via any of these Sales Support channels. All are recorded with Warren County Register of Deeds. See list of all recorded development documents. Preliminary perk reports are available for each lot upon request. Also available upon request is an indexed notebook of all printed development documentation.

Tax map Parcel ID's are shown below and can be used to search/view tax maps and property records online via the Warren County GIS Mapping System. First search by owner (Roanoke Reserve LLC) to retrieve all parcels then select Zoom In on the property of interest.
