If you like the idea of spending time with the Hartleys (owner/developer), they welcome the opportunity to make new friends, meet potentially new neighbors, provide personal tours and introduce newcomers to some of their favorite off-the-beaten-path treasures in the area.   

It's best to plan for at least 1 overnight stay so that you have a couple of days to explore.  We will help arrange overnight accommodations that may include a nearby lake house rental.  

For visits that result in a closing on a Roanoke Reserve property within 60 days of your visit, Roanoke Reserve will reimburse up to $500 (at closing) of your Discovery expenses.
